Hello people!

This is my first grow, I wanted to keep it to Organic products and with good advice from members on here I have been enjoying this fascinating hobby. I am currently into the first week of flowering for my ladies but am setting up a journal so will explain what I have done so far and update you with the progress and pics. Please take time to read, comment and enjoy my thread :bigjoint:

Equipment:

Green House: Alaskan Ice Fem
Green House: King's Kush Fem
Nirvana: Chrystal Fem

Secret Jardin DR100 1mx1m Tent
Exhaust Fan
Intake Fan
Humidifier
Hygrometer / PH Water Pen / PH Soil Stick
MaxiBright 2x 55w Prop Light
MaxiBright 400w Super HPS Deluxe
Small / Large Pots
Sprayer / 1ltr Bottles + Syringe for Nutes

Nutes:

BioBizz Light Mix Soil
Bio Bizz Bio Grow
Bio Bizz Bio Bloom
Bio Bizz Top Max
Bio Bizz Leaf Coat
AN Bud Blood

Start: Veg

I soaked 1/4 paper towels and placed in small plastic dishes and covered in cling film. I left them in the airing cupboard until they had germinated. I filled small pots with the soil and soaked until the water ran through the drain holes. I popped the seeds in and covered the pots in cling film with air holes, left in a makeshift "incubator" cupboard and waited for them to sprout. Once they sprouted I moved them into their home and used the 2x55w Prop light for their first 2 weeks on a 20/4 light cycle. There wasn't any fresh air going into their first home and the tops of the soil began to mould so I removed the mould from the surface, added more soil and kept them aired. I only watered them a few times using distilled water when they looked like they needed it and their pots felt light. I use a PH Soil Stick to check the PH of the soil and how moist it is at the bottom also using a PH pen to check the water. What should be the best soil PH for VEG and Flowering and what is the best PH for water (including nutes) for Veg / Flowering?

2.5 weeks After Sprouting:

I moved them into their new home under the 400w HPS and switched them to 18/6 light cycle. I began to use a Humidifier to keep the humidity around 65-74%. I then watered them adding the nutes by measuring the dose with a syringe using BioGrow 2ml / 1ltr and they began to grow beautifully! Just before their 3rd week I applied Leaf Coat before they went to sleep, there was some residue on the leaves after 4 hours of darkness which with the light on them went onto burn them slightly so if you use a similar product don't over spray them and blot any excess residue with a paper towel.

Week 3:

I potted them in large pots by loosening the soil, turning the plant upside down and spreading my hand over the base whilst gently removed the soil block (which by now had developed a full and healthy root system!). I had lined the bottom of the larger pots with moist soil and placed the soil block and gently added soil around the sides to fill and compacted it. I then fed them their 2nd set of nutes using BioGrow 2ml / 1ltr.

Week 4:

I now applied their 2nd Leaf Coat and 3rd nutes using 3ml / 1ltr BioGrow. They had all reached a healthy size by now and were all healthy with flourishing growth. I turned the humidifier down to 45-55% humidity ready to adjust for flowering.

Week 5: - Flowering

I gave them 24 hours of darkness and moved them into their 12/12 flowering cycle. I then fed the Alaskan Ice + King's Kush their 4th set of nutes using 3ml / 1 ltr BioGrow, 1ml / 1 ltr BioBloom, 1ml / 1 ltr TopMax, 0.5g Bud Blood. I repeated for the Chrystal the next day along with the AI + KK AGAIN as they had drank what I gave them! (I always water until it runs through their drainage holes). So far the AI + KK are on their 2nd Flower nutes and the Chrystal has had 1. Bud Blood is meant to be used during the first week of flowering so if the plants are watered 3 times in that week will it be ok to give them the Bud Blood every time?

Week 6:

I have included some pics of them which were taken a few days ago -

The Alaskan Ice is a lot taller than the others with more spaced out ranches, could someone tell me how to slow down her growth so the others can catch up? (Pic - Alaskan Ice Height)

The Chrystal is growing evenly and has the most equal growth and started showing signs of female pistils during week 4.

The King's Kush smells lovely but the stalks are growing very close to the stem instead of outwards which means they are not developing as well due to their light being blocked out by the bigger fan leaves. Is there any way I can get the new stems to grow away from the stem? (Pic - King's Kush - How to open branches out).
