First BHO run

Well I cut the plants before hard frost.....More mold everyday, so I just chopped them.

I decided to run fresh frozen bud (I don't smoke bud, so I am running it all). So...I was surprised the tane ran so clear from the start. I probably got 5 or 6 grams of what looks like yellow brown sugar. It was beautiful yellow and clear. Next morning it had changed to a drier crumble....I pulled all the bud out of the tube and it is still wicked dank smelling....Do I dry it and run it later? Thanks

Look at the bud under magnification and see if you can find unbusted trichome heads meaning they didn't get extracted. Fresh frozen is easy to pack too tightly and get channeling where the butane takes the path of least resistance and avoids a lot of material.
