First AG Grow - Help appreciated

Ok thanks man... I'm hoping it's not what it looks like at this point. At least my pineapple is feminized!
If you can't get the roots separated, just cut the plant down below all of the nodes. This will leave the very bottom of the stalk alive, keeping the roots from rotting during the rest of your other plants life.

Ok cool... What do you think Fox... too early to tell if it's male?

Give it some more time, maybe four or five days. By then, if you don't see hairs, you can be pretty certain.

BTW, try and get as much of the roots out as possible. Maybe add some H2O2 to the mix, also.

Damnit I knew it. Well I'm going to try to separate them... if it seems it is too tangled I'll have to cut it.

Thanks I'll need it! At least my pineapple is feminized. Bitch better not turn hermie on me!!!!!!!!!!!

Well there's no way in hell I can untangle the roots so I cut it at the lowest part of the stem. I can probably go in the res and cut where the root comes out from the bottom of the sponge. Should I cut it there or leave it how it is. Here's a pic:

How much light do you have getting into the reservoir? You have six or seven holes. Are the ones you're not using sealed off? It sounds like mine when I had an algae problem.

What's your pH?
