Fireflies?

Recently Ive noticed a couple fireflies chillin on my babies..should i worry or are they there to help? any problem solvers? would neem oil work for them to?

I wouldn't worry about em...I used to have a TON of them in my garden in the spring and they never chewed on my babies.
