their little "town" will likely be some dirty little shantys, carelessly erected on either someone elses property or crown/government land. hes talking about getting land, fuck at the very least you need a job, credit, and a brain just to get that.
hopefully if this "genius" idea of his takes off, fin can be the towns cop/fireman/police/lawyer/plumber and electrician. imsure the place will run smother than any city yet.

I've actually thought of something similar in the past, and realized it couldn't work for one simple reason : The kind of people who can afford to do and want to do what you're proposing don't want anyone telling them what they can and cannot do for the most part. That includes letting someone else vote on what they can do with their own land.
It sounds a lot like a tourist trappy kind of place, filled with people who will be at odds with each other more often than not, and most likely high on the NSA, FBI, and ATF's watchlists.

You know guys & gals, even if you think he's an idiot, has horrible ideas, can't grow a dandelion, and is a dirty and repulsive individual - he still has just as much right to post what he thinks and feels here as you all do. How about some of that famous tolerance, or turning the other cheek, or just ignoring what another person is doing with their own time?

I know it's horrible but it's not often you meet a genuine fuckwit like fin. He knows the game by now. He posts pish, we rip him a bit . That way no one thinks "Gee, maybe fins right, I should give him 10k or pour milk on my plants"
I prefer not to outright insult him just think it needs to be commented on. When I started on this forum he had a thread about collecting bottle caps for charity and I was like, what a gent lets chime in some support. Over the next couple of days it became apparent that he was skint and also trying to get people to send him their trim.
He gives bad advice and I'm sure people believe some of it. This is like a public service.
