Finding little bite holes on my plants!

So been noticing the last couple of days little bite hole marks in some of the leaves on my plants. I sprayed neem oil about 10 days ago. And gonna be spraying again in the next couple days. I also sprinkled some DE in pots to help control any bugs coming from soil. Here's a pic of the bite marks does anyone know what bug or animal did this?

Yup think your right found a little tiny worm on my leaves. But yeah it's probably a caterpillar. I think i'm gonna remove the marigolds also because someone told me they can attract spider mites and other pest! And sure as hell don't want those little bastards eating my plants. I did a crappy indoor grow tent grow in 2011 and we has spider mites all over are buds. Never again do I want see those bastards!
 
So I found more bite marks on my plants! Like Rob Roy said its probably a caterpillar. I found worm and white small flying bug under leaves. Unfortally couldn't get a pic of the little bastard cause jumped before I could snap the pics. I got to do an emergency neem oil spray tommrow night. And gonna release some lady bugs. They are growing so good id hate to lose them to pest! Anyone have any other organic pest control ideas?

Sometimes spraying your plants and using lady bugs can lessen the effectiveness of lady bugs. The things that kill bad bugs aren't always nice to the lady bugs.

I like hot pepper spray and sulfur based sprays for bugs, I don't think I'd use either if I had just released lady bugs.

Whats your recipe for the hot pepper spray? And decided not to get lady bugs until next week. Having some car trouble.

Hmm sulfur well we got our water tested and we have good amount sulfur in it. Plants seem to love it. How do you make a sulfur spray?
 
Found another culprit while I was spraying neem oil tonight! Turns out it was white fly bastards causing the little white spots on my leaves and possible holes. They all flew out at the same time when I started spaying neem oil. Also a jumping spider became my friend today he was eating one of little white flie bastards! They were on all 12 plants! Hopefully the spray tonight and when I get the lady bugs will completely get rid of them!

There's a recipe on this site, in the marijuana plant problems section, subsection "bugs". It's a sticky thread. I tend to make larger batches and use more peppers. Pay attention to the cautions about inhaling pepper spray and getting it in your eyes and on hands etc.

I use a liquid sulfur found at big box stores / Amazon, although I've made it from powdered sulfur too. Bonide and Espoma are two brands I've used. I pour about 1/2 inch in the bottom of a 24 oz spray bottle and add a couple drops of soap, shake the bottle real good and then get the whole plant, don't forget to get under the leaves too.

Lady bugs have worked for me on aphids, I'd probably use predator mites on spider mites rather than lady bugs though. If you do use lady bugs, expect about half to immediatley Kamikaze into grow lights and they appreciate a water spray on the leaves....they get thirsty.
 
I've been having the same holes appear on one plants leaves. Upon inspection this morning I found some red sort of beetle looking thing with like black stripes. Idk wtf it is but I smacked it off with my sandal. I also found one in my other greenhouse but much larger. Still tryna figure out what they are.
