I have germinated 10 Light of Jah seeds and all germinated in less than 2 days.As far as I can see at 4 weeks I have 8 females and 2 males "not bad aye".I am going to pollinate one of the females and would like some advise on choosing a stud for her. well I only have 2 males to choose from but there are differences in those two.Which one would you pick? Thanks Showgirl

Here is a pic of the light of Jah females which I would say are looking good sofar.I am using my own organic soil mix and bio ferts this time and everthing seems to be cool "kow" I am following oldtimer1 feeding schedule to be sure to treat them right. This is a nice little strain so far but I know that flowering can possibly change everything and at least I have a lot better idea what to expect than the first endevor.Showgirl

Personally, I like the look of the stud on the left. Choosing a male to pollenate depends on what features you are looking for in your plant. Choose the plant that seemed to grow the quickest, had the least problems, and has the best aesthetic qualities.

wish i had thought about germinating a female to get some seeds about a month ago, had 2 seeds that i got in morroco when i visited a huge weed plantation that they make hash with, got atleast 10 seeds from a plant there and only 2 survived and they were both males. they grew really really fast and flowered extremely early in the season when daylight was still around 15/9...

woulda been awesome to have collected and bred with one of my current strong sativa bag seed i am growing... maybe not good but a nice project none the less

Yes, the one on the left has stood out from the start. It was the runt and when it went into the bigger pot it took off and it's color was a lot deeper green then all the rest and is growing short and lots of secondary growth shoots. Best i heard yet to check the trichs on each male plant leaves.Anything else to look for being I have no lab to check the whatever of male pollin..../....Thanks.Showgirl
