Hey everyone, been away from the site for about 6 months now and its changed !
Im looking forward to the next couple of weeks as i can start my new grow. I grew satori mandala last year and that was a very tasty plant. This year i want to experiment with autoflowers so i can have something to tickle my fancy whilst my "real plants" are growing. I have no experience with autoflowers as i normally stick to what i know. I have been looking at shortstuff seeds and like to look of snow ryder and MI5 but im not sure whats best.. i know autoflowers arn't best outdoors but its only some experimentation. Opinions ? :-P

Love autos, I heard master low is the best one for outdoors. I got a red dwarf going cause it was the cheepest, an AuoMaria going cause i subose to yeild 350 grams, an be 3 ft.

Start em in a big pot, they dont like being transplanted. I just use the fertz in the M-G soil, heard to many people burn em an delay flowering with to much Nito . Cooler temps can keep em in veg longer. Dont clone or top em, LST is ok though.

Mi5 is alot bigger plant than snow ryder i believe. There are some brand new sativa autos just hitting the market, i would love to try em. They will be my next autos.

yea man, i mean i grow outdoors and never really looked at autos .. only used to be like lowryder and lowlife .. now there is alot more choice so im a bit confused with it all .. no auto can be as good as mr nice critical mass though ;)

Ive just got done with some JD easy ryders that I was very impressed with, also my first experience with autos, ended up being total of 11 easy ryder and they varied from 35-80g per plant, I think the taller pheno with some good training could possibly hit the 100g mark if given excellent care. They were mostly in 5gl pots, few in 3 gl, FFOF and promix (50/50), black gold, bonemeal and some dolo lime, which is all basicly same mix I do for regular plants not sure if I should switch up my mix for the autos. I gave a little too much nitrogen in the beginning which I believe delayed flowering maybe 5-7days, day 28 was full on flowering. Overall the taste, smell and potency was not noticeably different than alot of ak-47 Ive smoked in the past, the quality was the one thing I was skeptical about and it exceeded my expectations. Subsequently Ive now got more ak's going along with, flower power, all nirvana's autos, purple jems and 3 hindu kush's, this time a few ak's and 1 kush is going outside to see the difference, although outside autos are going into 8gl pots to hopefully allow maximum root growth, although Ive heard people say auto's dont need that much room, but bigger is always better when it comes to space. Good luck to e1, its the outdoor season and theres some monsters lurking around, peace!!!
