Alright guys got some good pics finally. Here's my plant. The stem looks like its splitting down the center and the whole plant is droopy. It isn't over waterered. I gave it 5ml to just dampen the soil, after 3 days of none (last watering was 25ml).

About the overall look , undercover its right she need water , about the leafs turning yellow , that leafs is the embryon leafs , when they drop and yellow like that it means its day 1 of your girls vegetative stage ;) good luck she looks nice.
 
do you have drainage holes in the cup ,looks like it would be a good time to transplant to ,also with those purple stems could be to cold on it or it just might be the strain
