finally DONE!! What you think?

well, the stealth box is finally finished!!! So far this is what it includes...

- Painted inside white.
-4 pc fans 2 for intake near bottom and to exhaust near top.
-2 fans inside one in bottom left corner and one in top right corner
-2 2foot T5 Floros
-2 65W 6500k CFL's (hav 2 more ready to go in just want plants to get a little bigger)


I have 8 plants right now that are a week old today, thats when i planted the seed anyway. 24/0 right now, prolly going 18/6 in a week or 2 and then after they are a month old ( so i can sex them). then the plan is to weed out the males to make more room for the others.(Back to veg for a while after males are gone) So what does everyone think? and any suggestions on the box or notice any errors?

looks good .. not sure if its a good idea to put intake and out on the same side, but it still should circulate...

intakes are at the bottom, you cant see them in any of the pictues. both the black fans you see are exhaust. ill prolly end up moving them around for the best temps possible

Looks great, thinking about a HID ever? Your box looks like it would love a 400watter or even a bunch of t5s

havent really looked into HID yet being my fist grow and all i didnt want to invest 2 much $$. since this cabinets done im going to start working on a larger one out of metal and add all the bells and wistles. then i can use this one for a mother and clones. as far as more T5's i have 2 and maybe room for one or 2 more hanging up top.

Does my distance of my lights look ok? i dont want them streched. lol

yea wait in see if you even like growing b4 making large investments like hid lighting, im hooked its my hobby but can be a pain in the ass sometimes gl with the grow.lower the light to about 2 to 3 inches it looks farther in ur pics.

You may want to start thinking about the smell. These little girls can be little stinkers.
Maybe not to you BUT others will notice.

Are Those High Output T5s or from the hardware store?

In any event i would move the light down a little, the 6 inches to touching the CFL sockets. Thats a huge light boost right there.

They are T5's 2 of them that at 24" Long... I got them from the ponics store. Do the plants look healthy for 3 weeks old?

I got a cabinet about 2x the size of that except in height and has no back covering/panel but it should make good when I actually start growing yeah ?

i grew in a stealth box my first time also. got plans for smell control?

also plants maybe a lil over-watered? leaves shouldn't droop much, if at all.

don't know the dimensions of your cab but check out e-conolight.com they have a 150 watt hps for (vapor tight style) for $20US. really cheap and really easy to remote the ballast. it's the same one i have. they have 250's, 400's and also some MH's as well . oh yeah, lose the active intake and make them passive so you have negative pressure and what about a carbon scrubber? anyway good luck!
