Final Watering....

My question is simple.. what state of "watering" should my plant be at when it gets chopped?

Should I chop when my plant is dry and thirsty, watered this morning, or somewhere in between?

Does it matter? I assume it will affect drying time?

And another question .... I have heard it both ways now on "48 hours of darkness" ... where do we land on that? Pros/cons?

From my experience if I chop my plants when there dry, 2 inches down I mean then it will cut 1-2 day's off my hanging time. Wet chop, it will take 8-9 day's hang dry and drier soil takes 5-7 day's in my drying room. And as for the 48 hrs of darkness, that is pure Bullshit. I've done it wi many strains with zero noticeable difference than chopping them right before lights on. Hope that helps.
