final set up.....hopefully!!! please advise?

Ok so I think I got my final setup. I have four 5 gal buckets with seeds planted but not sprouted yet. I have four 40watt 4 ft 6500k flour and four 42 watt 2700k cfls. I know during flowering ill have to switch to all 2700k but I hear for now its ok to mix. What do you guys think? Do I have enough light cuz I think I do.........FINALLY!! Lol. Please let me know. Thx!

for veg id go with 6- 6500k and only 2 2700k bulbs

Thx man I'm from park slope brooklyn if that ny stands for new york!!! Anyway I can mos def do that tomorrow that's an easy fix. My main concern is that I'm using the 4ft tubes instead of the cfls for veg. But since u think I'm good. I'm stickin with it. Just wanted to make sure. Others hav told me this was cool as well just wanted to get a 2nd opion thx again!
