So after all of my trials and tribulations I have officially had my first successful harvest!

After all was said and done, I ended up with a grand total of 3.38oz (95.76g)!

Thanks to everyone who gave me tips and advice. It smokes like a dream already, and the oldest batch has only cured for a week or so. I can't wait to see what proper curing does to the rest. I'm really proud of it :D

It made me curious, though. What was other peoples first yield like? I only did one plant so I wasnt going to get pounds but I'm interested in learning about different strains and their yields.

Not even sure it's something a lot of growers remember lol

I could have sworn it was possible to edit posts on here...was I wrong or did that feature get blocked? (EDIT: lmao okay so n00b update you can edit replies to posts but not the post itself, I guess)

Anyway, I was just talking to a grower friend and she mentioned that the yield I had was good considering it was only one plant - so I thought it'd be worth mentioning here. I didn't realize I was in the minority when I started with just one. Seems like a lot of people pop multiple on their first tries haha

How'd the cure go? How long ago did u harvest?
The cure technically just began.

The harvest was split. I had one cola that was much taller than the others so it had to come down first. I supercropped the others so they were able to chill for a while longer.

The first chop was on the 4th the second on the 8th. Jarred the first of it on the 11th and the second on the 18th.

I've got all the jars numbered so I'm going to cure most of it much longer. I've only smoked some to make sure it was dried long enough.

Great work! I dunno why butI really enjoy the drying and curing process probably as much as the grow and way better than harvest n trim lol, I actually get some kind of vertigo after a couple of hours, ran into another grower at the hydro shop I hadn't seen in awhile he reckons he gets the same thing. Gotta have a 15 to half hour break every hour lol.. did I say I hate trimmin?

Great haul ... so what’s next on the menu ?
Thanks man, right now I've got her two little sisters in some 1gal fabric pots

Using Mykos this time and I can't seem to keep up with the nutes they're begging for. They're both complete bushes compared to their sister at that age so I'm learning all over again haha no complaints though. I'm in love with this shit. Already planning a greenhouse once spring comes around again.

Enjoying the fruits of your labor, like God intended. Shit looks fire. Did you take clones off her? I had a plant that I didn't think would be much, she turned out FABULOUS, I wished I took clones from, now I clone everything,
No I didn't take any clones. She had a really hard start of life and as a first grow I wasnt sure what to expect. I also dont have stuff to properly clone atm.

This came from some bag seeds out of a dispensary and I still have 7 or 8 more.

what light was it under??great job by the way and enjoy!!
Thanks dude! Lol idk if youd believe it, because I barely do and I grew it.

First 3 weeks from seed it was just in sun, moved around the apartment to be in as much direct light as possible. Made it SUPER tall and lanky.

After that I got 8 (5500°k) CFLs and surrounded it with them. After a while of adjusting those daily I bought a Mars Hydro 300W blurple and flowered it under that. Even my partner likes it and being a medical patient he is picky so that makes me proud lol

Also worth noting that I DOTED on this thing practically day and night. I dont think it would have done so well with less attention (ergo not the most time effective grow).
