Final Phase and flushing help

Hi guys,

I have 2 plants that are about 2 weeks from being cut down. I checked the trichomes last night and they are about 80% cloudy and 20% amber. I wanted to let this batch go a bit longer to get a lot more CBD to help me sleep.

Anyways, after I add the solution and flush the plants, how many days do I need to wait until I chop the plants down?

Also if anyone has used final phase do I flush with water first, then make a solution to add it to the plants? Or do I make a big bucket full of solution and just flush with that?

Thanks for the help.

You don't get more CBD by letting trichomes go amber. THC degrades to CBN, not CBD. CBD is a genetic trait of the strain. All of the information that says you get more CBD by letting trichs go amber is incorrect. All you're doing is letting THC degrade.

Let her go to all amber that will give you the CBN to help you sleep. The chart should help.
Look at growing strains that make you sleep.
IMO- just give her water the last week or so of flower. I don't believe in the whole "flushing" a healthy plant theory.

Just water her normally from here on out but use only water, no nutes. Harvest at the end of lights out, before lights come on.
