FIM help

Hello everyone! This is my first grow and I am wondering about FIMing my outdoor plant.

She is about 3.5 weeks from germination and 5 nodes.

Is this where I cut?

If not, you fimmed the fim. I run my thumb nail up the stalk and pinch just above the bump.

Thanks for the reply. I thought my line was a little high. I see the bump you’re talking about.

Using a new or very clean safety blade , I would cut through the heart of the bulb leaving the stem then maybe another 3mm. It’s like a half circle on the stem. Flat on top of coarse.

I would half what your leaving from pic, very close to the level of the tips of your side shoots. Imho

Okay that makes sense. I can feel the little bulb. I appreciate all the replies to this beginner question.

Too low, you were much better off higher, for sure you would get 4 , just not the leaves left as the previous post as he like to separate then cutting half the bulb that way he doesn’t miss the bottom two, then also gets the next 2

Google fimming pictures, then on the right side there is a black diagram from thcf you will get the picture then.

Just a nut hair higher, you want to leave the very bottom of the leaves.
