FFOF soil bags in the sun bad?

Will this affect the FFOF soil nutrients? I have a few clones that were transplanted recently and it looks like my plants aren't getting anything/much from it. I have some yellowing on some of the leaves that looks like under feeding. I gave them a tiny bit of GH rapid start in the water but never went above 150ppm thinking it will burn the plants with nutes already in the FFOF.

I just got over a PH prob with my tap water being 8. I didn't realize it was so high until 2 waters in but it was too late. Damage was done and stunted them all except GSC seed. I flushed the root zone of all the plants and measured runoff to acceptable levels. Waited days for the pots to dry out and resumed watering with improved and healthier looks.

Now it seems this prob is setting in and getting worse. It has to be the lack of nutes from soil. I left it out by the garden next to the ladies MG soil and forgot it. Its been getting blasted by 90-100 degree temps for weeks. Not directly always in the sun tho. I've been hesitant to add more nutes thinking it just needs a few days to right the ship. Idk what do you guys think? Whatever I do I make sure to not add too many steps in at once so I can tell if what I'm doing has led to any positive effects.
