Festival Season.. What are you doing?

So the time is almost here for festival season! What do YOU have planned? I myself plan to start with the Hangout festival in Gulf Shores, AL.. the move onto Wakarusa.. and from there who knows. Also, thinking about starting my season at Wanee in FL!! If im lucky Ill harvest at the right time just before the hangout.. Mmmm.

So.. what are your plans? Also, up for suggestions within the southeast-ish region.

oh man i've always wanted to go to a festival(music and umm you the fun stuff out there) can anyone post a like or a list of all these festivals, maybe which ones are the best or which to aviod.

Not sure but hop to go to the Big Renesaince fair north of me......pretty big event and I like the wenches LOL

Might just be age related but these bloody things have way too many rules for me to ever attend.......Not allowed to take food or Drink in......Fuck off I am not eating your fuckin shit all weekend and paying $12 for a slice of ghetto pizza or $5 for a bottle of water...... No lawn chairs allowed either....Again Fuck off I'm 42 years old with 2 bad knees and i'm not sitting on the fuckin ground all damn day. So in answer to your question No I won't ever be attending any of these festival type events. in my day you could take whatever you wanted to an open air concert.....Fuck we used to take a hibatchi BBQ, steaks and enough beer to warrant 2 trips from the vehicle to our spot......Just don't know how anyone can actually enjoy themselves with all the rules and security and BS and having to pay for the privilege to boot????

I know a couple of the ones down in Live Oak FL will let you take food/drink/lawn chair in. Good festivals down there.. not to mention its on the river! The only downfall of most festivals here in the south is no shade.. except live oak. Shade and river! I dont drink alcohol at festivals.. herb + shrooms/lucy is my style. I drink water all day everyday, its the essence of life!

Depends on where you live. I dont know much about west coast stuff other than Cochella. Theres Bonnaroo in TN, but its gotton kind of lame. Now that the gov't owns the land its on and its not private property anymore. Police = fail.

Might try and pop over to Glastonbury this year to see if i can't bump into some old friends, failing that i think that Shambala will be good this year.

Its fucking 8 degrees. Fuck you. Fuck your festivals. Fuck your nice weather. Hope a hurricane fucks shit up.
