im having a problem i have some fertilizer from steins and its water soluble all-purpose plant food its 15-35-15 the directions for it

what im asking is that when i water the damn plant wont i burn it with all that nutri when i water it. and how many times am i suppose to water my babygurl cuz i miss her everyday
