the numbers are letting you know how much of which nutrient is in your base fertilizer...

ok cause when i transplanted my seedlings i put in 7-7-2 alaska organic fertilizer not knowing much about fertilizer (this was before i found this website and all its useful information). Any suggestions is this ok fertilizer or should i put something else in or wha?

what soil are you using? and regardless of what soil it is you shouldn't be using nutes until ATLEAST the third week of veg. look for metanaturals or dyna-gro. if you have another brand send the link and i'll tell you if its okay but u have to goto a hydroponic store or the internet for nutes

They're in miracle grow potting soil. about a month old and dont seem to be having any problems considering the conditions they sprouted in. theyre being taken care of better now tho

yea you wanna start using 1/4th the recommended amount of those portions. you got to go buy some real nutes

Nitrogen-Phosphorus-Potassium(Pot Ash). You have the Phosphorus and the Potassium backwards.n-p-k

so is it as simple as adding 13-3-10 to get 20-10-12 for veg since i already put in a little 7-7-2? i think there was already some of these nutrients in the miracle gro tho also. what do you think?

ya that's fine. but i'd get some suppliments like a x-0-0. i use bloodmeal but it's a hot medium to have in your soilso is it as simple as adding 13-3-10 to get 20-10-12 for veg since i already put in a little 7-7-2? i think there was already some of these nutrients in the miracle gro tho also. what do you think?
