Feminized seed's went retarded after 3rd generation

Dina Fem/California Hash/Attitude seed bank::I bought some Feminized seeds last year and i got a free dina fem cali hash seed. It went well besides the fact that they had little baby white poppy seeds inside some of the buds. The buds looked and smelled Amazing! i took some clones off the first batch, once they got big enough i took more clones and budded the big girls. The clones i just took from the hashplant are healthy, but look retarded and have 3 leaves. My ak-47 clone is on its 4th generation and its fine. Should i hold mother plants instead of taking clones before i flower?

Even we humans have genetic defects that show up later in life. In my opinion its just part of the hybrid game. Some do and some don't.

so basically its just a natural occurence that was probably caused by that seed, but not the strain? i researched the truth on feminized seeds in some magazines and they say that you should never buy fem seeds.

Most likely the seed. Femmed seeds are ok. Just with all hybrids there are some inherent risks. And some are more stable than others. If you are looking for mother plants to clone form. Vegging a 10 pack of regular seeds. 7 or 8 weeks and sexing to find your best candidate. Well worth the time.
