I seen alot of seed bank selling fem seed Are they really worth it ?????????And another thing how do they come up with them Is it possable for me to get them on my own What do i need to do to produce them I know some getting a good laugh but everyone was a newbie once thanx for the time :joint:

I heard if you have a hermaphrodite you should keep it seperate to pollonate itself then you'll get all female seeds off it as well as some smoke...

I'm using female seeds, they cost more but at least you'll know you get the right sex...

I have noticed that over the past few years, some of the banks have 5 seed deals that are reasonable. Greenhouse, and Nirvana,and Goldenseed, swear their seeds produce 100%females. IMO 50dollars for 5 seeds and lets just say only 4 sprout and 3 are pure girls, I would say that is a good deal. If you can optimize 3 plants and get 2-3oz off each one you will have 6-9oz's of primo herb that sells on the streets for 20per gram!!! I would say it is worth it.:mrgreen:

Giberellic acid.It goes on a 100% female branch to make it produce male flowers but the plant has only female genes to pass on so you get seeds that only have the female gene.I have bought seeds before and grown all ten (regular seeds)and have gotten different amounts of females out of them.Blue Dynamite I got four females.Hash passion I only got one but she is pretty.I have Violator Kush female seeds.I started 2 and got 2 females.So I would recommend it.Why waste nutes,light,and time and males.Nutes aren't cheap.I highly recommend buying female seeds.

Fem seeds ARE what they say they are. All mine have turned into females, but then again 30% of all went hermie too.

how can u say that all urs turned out fm and then say 30%are herm lol u eather got females or not ive just done 4 fm seeds and all are fm that god lol i would say you get what you pay for the greenhouse seed co are the best 1 to buy from exp but worth it if u want femails

herms r females originally. Its the environment u keep them in that turn the hermie. If they r really well looked after, temps r right, no light leaks etc they shouldn't go hermie. Fem seeds r from hermie plants so they carry that gene and r more likely to go hermie than normal seeds if not treated well

I read somewhere online that if a female goes unharvested and unpollenated and lives out her life cycle, in a last ditch effort to ensure that she will live on in future gens, she herself will produce male pollen sacks in order to self pollinate.
Also, that if you collected this said pollen and painted another female, then that in turn would produce the all female seeds we so much desire.
Don't quote me, as I don't claim any of this to be true, just simply what I have read. If anyone has any knowledge differing, debunking or proving this please feel free to elaborate.


I smoke only in astral projection- the HIGH is so much more INTENSE!:fire:

sounds like an interesting experiment... I might test that out one of these days..

I might try feminized seeds if I could find them for a good price. They'd definitely be worth it for twice the price of the standard seeds. Often they cost three times as much. I don't think nutes are that expensive to make them worth three times as much. Also if you get males you can make your own seeds to use later. I haven't tried cloning yet so that would factor into the decision to use them.

It's where you leave your body in the physical world and travel the different planes of the astral world...... IE an Outer Body Experience.....

so will female hermies still smoke? and ive got dank bags before that had a seed or 2 in them and they were still dank as shit. How many seeds will it actually make? How will the bud be?

Yea Hermies will still smoke........

It will make as many seeds as it possibly can if everything gets pollinated.I've heard of hundreds of seeds comin from one pollinated plant.......

As long as you clip the pollen sacks off the hermie and just keep the flowers then her effort will continue in making the flowers etc etc etc- she'll still be hermie, but perfectly smokable....... as for how good the bud will be, there's no tellin really- just have to find out........

Yeh Feminized seeds from nirvana are the only ones i have purchased and in my experience...they work fine, i've always had a 100% germination rate and 100% female rate!!! So it worked for me!!! Strange thing is when i have cloned off of these plants they sometimes turn to males... i dont understand why this happens though.

They don't turn to males, they just turn hermie. Feminized seed has a much greater chance of being hermie regardless if you treat them right or not.

Astral Projection, thats what Edgar Cayce supposedly used to heal all those sick people.
