Hi guys, I just want to know some pros and cons with fem seeds and reg seeds. Like can u clone fem plants? Will they herm? Any info would be great, thx

If your new to growing don't get feminized.
If you have some harvest under your belt their a good investment. YES you can clone fem seeds.
If your going to go fem i highly recommend getting dutch masters penatrator and reverse.With these products you will most likely unless some major stress-or is going on not have any hermies.
Just keep the stress down and fem seeds are great. And also go with a reputable dealer.

Any plant can become a herme if stressed out enough. I only by fem seeds because i dont like to waste time and money then 4 weeks after taking care of your plants and giving them alot of TLC you find out that they are males. To me it makes sense but that is my opinion , the down side to buying fem seeds is they cost more money . And yes you can clone females and males .

I like fem seeds but watch out for Dutch Passion fem, My Blue Moonshines and Skywalkers had balls all over.... Paradise fems are nice my Sensi Stars came out great

ive always bought fem as i donft see the fun in killing ya babys after grwing for weeks never had a hermie and always seem to sress me plants at some stage lol i always buy frm attitude or headsite

Depending on how in depth someone may care to go a real argument could be put forth for or against feminized beans.
　
In my case I have had great luck, very high germ rates and no problems with hermies. Others have not had as good of luck so they would hold a differing opinion to mine about their value.
　
In very general terms if someone has limited space, especially if they have to grow each time from seeds then feminized beans make the most sense. It gives them the highest percentage chance of maximizing their production given whatever limitations they may face.
　
Not counting accidents and incidents that may reduce the number of plants someone has in a garden with feminized beans they have darn close to a 100% chance of getting all female plants so they worst they have to be concerned about losing any over is if one/some/all hermi.
That means no males to cull out and that means in each space is a plant that is almost certainly going to be female and that only has some percentage of a chance to hermi.
If someone stays away from strains that seem to be more prone to hermi when grown from feminized seeds and they make sure they do not cause or allow stress that would hermi other females from any source then their worries over maximization of space have been reduced as greatly as could be possible.
　
It only makes sense for them to pick feminized beans.
　
If someone has the luxury of being able to pop a large number of beans, veg them a while and then clone them and grow the clones and from them pick out the best female or best females, especially if they are lucky enough to find some rare prized phenotype, and can then cull the males and inferior females and have the mother plants (donor plants to be technical but some may claim it is all just semantics) they without any doubt regular beans are by far the best way to go.
　
That doesn’t even take into consideration those who may care to do some home breeding and doing as mentioned above would allow them to find better or hopefully the best male phenotypes to keep for their home breeding projects.
　
What makes regular or feminized beans the best all comes down to who uses them and why they use them.

went back to my grow journal from 2 tears ago and i bought 10 fem blueberry seeds from Dutch Passion through Planet Skunk and they all turned out to be hermes (got alot of BB seeds though) i switched over to the Attitude and so far so good, although once only got 4 of 5 seeds that i ordered but they gave me 7 free seeds

PEACE PEOPLE. I WAS JUST PASSING THROUGH AND I READ THAT EVERYONE HAS HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE DP BEANS. IT SEEMS TO BE WELL KNOWN YET AS I BROWSE THE SITES LOOKING FOR BEANS I FIND THAT THE DP GEAR IS ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE ANYWHERE! WHY!
