Feeding, watering, flushing questions

1. I have a feeding program that came with my product but it doesn't have a frequency on it. Should I be feeding with every watering?

2. When flushing the plants 1 week before harvest do I
a) Water with plain old water
b) Flush with plain old water(2x the amount of water than the size of container)

3. My tap water comes out at 8.4 PH wise. When flushing should I adjust the PH of the water with PH down, then flush? Or will that go against the idea of flushing considering I'm adding something into the water?

4. It was my understanding that PH down should only be added to nutrient solutions and not plain water. Is this correct or incorrect?

8.4 sounds real high for tap water,I would adjust it before watering or just buy some bottled water, usually the nutes will drive the ph down so I would check your ph of your nutes also, when I flush my soil plants I just use plain ph adjusted water for the last 2 weeks before harvest

Do you adjust the water with a PH down?

I'm still not understanding the flushing prior to harvest. By flushing do you mean:
a) watering with plain ph adjusted water
b) flushing with plain ph adjusted water(meaning if using a 5 gallon pot, flushing it out with 10 gallons of water)

Thanks.
