Lol I would Dilute and flush if you plan to do this. Only way I could see it working. I still and going to get some test strips just to see.

Definatlyt dilute it or the nitrogen will burn your plants.
Ever notice when dogs do their business on your lawn? If it's been raining the grass grows in lush patches, but if it's winter, or dry, you end up with lots of dead patches.
Be careful that's a immediate source of nitrogen
