What soil? What nutes? How old are they? What kind of lighting and how much?

You don't want to overfeed. It's easier to correct underfeeding than it is to correct overfeeding.

How often do I feed nutes to my babies? I grow in soil in a tent.
Also, how much molasses do I add in one gallon?

Keep in mind I’m a beginner on indoor growing. I wanted a strain that grows short and fast and was told that auto flower would be best. That’s what I went with for my first attempt. I used miracle grow potting soil since that was easy to get. I have 3 plants in a 2’ by 2’ tent that’s 5’ tall. They popped into seedlings on September 4th. They’re now almost 12” tall. I ordered the beginner 3 part Advanced nutrients and mixed at about 75% of the directions on the jugs. I had read people’s suggestions to mix less than what the directions say. I didn’t want to harm them. My first feeding was at 30 days in. I use a 400 watt LED light. I researched feeding charts and I believe they recommend one feeding each week but wanted reassurance from you experienced guys. Adding molasses to the mix is what I still want to do but I don’t know how much to add. I’m planning to use compost with cow manure next time but I just didn’t have that ready this round.

PS: I’m on a 18/6 light schedule right now.

I've never grown autos, yet. I have some on order that I will hopefully be starting in a week or two though. This is what I do for my photoperiod plants which should work similarly. At about 3 weeks old I start with vegging food which is higher in nitrogen. I use that until about 2-3 weeks into flowering when the buds are starting to develop well and that plant has stretched quite a bit. Then I switch to flowering food which is higher in potassium. I feed every other watering which works out to about once a week since I water about every 3 days or so depending on soil dryness. This is under hid lighting though, I've never done led either which I will also be trying out this time. The lighting may affect how the plants use the moisture so they may dry out at different rates. I use 2 tsp of molasses per gallon of water during vegging feeding along with 1/2 tsp of epsom salts per gallon. You can use more, but as I said, it's easier to correct using too little than it is to correct a burned plant. If your plants start showing signs of magnesium deficiency you can always up the dose.

When I switch to flowering food I decrease the molasses to 1 tsp per gallon and sometimes only do the molasses and epsom salt every 2 weeks or just cut the dosage in half depending on the plants health. At about 3 weeks before harvest I cut out the molasses and magnesium. The magnesium salts can build up in the soil so it should have enough to get it thru the rest of the phase. I continue to use the flowering food up until about 1 - 1 1/2 weeks before harvest, there should be enough food built up in the soil to last to the finish.

Those are some nice little plants you have going there, good luck!

THANK YOU! That was the detailed answer I was hoping to get! I’ve read where people have autos in veg for a short time. I was thinking about keeping them in veg for 8 weeks and then switch to 12/12 on lighting. Of course that depends on height maybe forcing the change sooner.

You don't switch the lighting with autos, they flower automatically when they are ready. 12/12 is only for photoperiod plants.

all of your questions are answered in the first few chapters of any quality grow bible man, this could go on forever if you keep refusing to read the words right?

What words am I refusing to read? I’m lost as to what you’re saying. Kerova answered what I asked in one nice paragraph. I came here to get answers straight from the horses mouth and not from a mules ass.

Whatever dude! If you don’t like questions from self proclaimed newbies, don’t read them. I’m only new to indoor growing. Most people don’t mind helping newbies but there’s always gotta be that different guy. I don’t need anything more from you.

Update! The girls are doing great. I had a little nitrogen burn, I think that’s what it is (brown tips and spots on leaves). I’ve cut out all nitrogen for a spell. Here’s some new pics.
