Feeding Schedule for Dummies. How do I do this?

so 2 tsp in 1 gallon of water? and feed throughout the week??

bump. how do i read this.

its teaspoons per gallon, but in week one and 2 i didnt feed and week 3 go only a quarter strength..working it up over time.. so week three i used 3 and 1 cause i was only using them at half strength..EDIT. and feed twice a week.
