I see the possible problems but I looked on the web and saw that the AI and Amsterflame does have the same flowering time. My friend, who gave me the seeds, crossed the flames with Kush but told me that the plant was indica dominant despite of the Kush. If he meant that it grew like an indica or if the high was like an indica I don't know but when I look at them now they look indica to me in growth at least. ( I JUST LOOKED ON THE NET AND ISN'T KUSH A SATIVA? I got confused..)
Which brings me to another question, if so, Indicas are supposed to be short and more bushy than sativas but when I look at them even I think they are short for being 27 days old. This is in a way a good thing because the setup I have is taking up some of the growspace but if anyone also see them as short, do you think that because I am using cocopots I have stunted their growth?
Updated pics coming on sunday but they are kind of looking the same way as the last ones I uploaded, just a bit more bushier.

Yup I know they are only good for xp but they do have some stuff in them and books are good to kickstart your brain sometimes, so many different factors play a role each grow..Creativity is not something you get from a university!..) That is why I turn to you good people here at the knowledgebank. Take a look at the pics because this is something that has been going on since wednesday after I did a res change the day before, been at work so I only have had the time to check the meter and to see that they still were there.

Day 28
Ec 1,0 since the res change, topped off the water today and it sank to 0,9
Ph 5,7 and 5,9 after topping
Heat Same old story

Day 41
Ec 0,9
Ph 5,7
Canopy about 50cm
Heat Getting better (Down to 30'C due to autumn starting)

Hey all, not been here for a while because I've been drinking and fishing..oh, and a bit of work as well. They have been keeping mostly well since my last post although they got something after my 1st tank change https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/23443-crap.html
The plants are broadening out as you can see, still keeping short but has started to shoot up after I induced flowering mon. 27th and upped the nutes + adding diamond nectar seemed to really be good for them as well as I saw overnight results, way more growth and they seemed "boosted"...ok I'm a first time grower so I don't really know what to look for..but they looked boosted!!!!
Thick stems and a lot of branches, I came to realize that vegging has gone on for too long and I should have flowered earlier, like 1,5-2 weeks ago but then is when I started having problems with them so I flushed and added the same amount of veg nuting and went fishing/drinking...damn bastards wouldn't bite.
Temps have gone down quite a bit during day/night. Day maxes around 30-31'C, nights have been as low as 20ish'C. There is a 10 degree difference here so I am wondering if this has a bad effect on the plants,(?) have put a heater next to the tent so I might be able to keep the temp up around 25'C tonight.
Long recap so I have to rest now but tell me what you think and have a good day/night where ever you are..oooh.

My friend came over because I really needed his second opinion on the sex of my plants. I have four Aurora Indicas growing and all were male. shit he also found a maybe within the Amsterflames. Hope for the best from now on!

everythiung looking good dude. Don't worry about the temp flactuation between off/on lighting. That 10 degree difference is just perfect! Sorry you are ending up with all those males. From what i've read its probably the heat problem that is causing those males to pop out.

Yes my friend told me the same thing, gonna have to try getting a timer for feeding the next crop. The ones I am growing now have really saggy bottomleaves and don't seem very strong. I think overwater and high temps did it too.

3rd week of flowering
Ph soon 5,8
Ec 1,3
Heat under 30'C in the daytime and drops 10 deg. during the night

Hey again, weeell since last post I have found some more males so out of 16 plants in total I am now left with 4 girls which sucks abit but the remaining bushed out nicely. Got a problem now because the roots left after pulling the males the roots are still in there :wall:, they are so entangled removing any would damage the girls, called the guys at my hydroshop and they told me to get the Sensizym (is this the same as hygrozym? Anyone use Sensizym?) for clearing that up and they have been there for one week+ also I get salary on the 20th, just hoping they will hold on until then. The tallest one I had to tie to the side because it got burned at the top. They are drinking unevenly now and the ec is changing every other day. I add about half amounts nutes when I top off the res as the feeding chart say which up until now doesn't seem to have hurt them any.
Think that's all for now so take a look and let me know.

the one in the middle is the shortest one which I hope will be full of buds, doesn't seem to be getting any bigger. The last picture is a pic of only plant which I topped so I hope that with the bushy appearance I will get some decent budsites off of it.

Cheers
