Still seems llike bullshit to me but hope he proves me wrong. Is there any details on how he will legalize it?

Cuz when that legalization was trying to get passed in cali last year everyone was against it because it made even worse.

Yeah sounds like some real bullshit- ???
He's consistant and I don't think he's going to change his mind now or if he were president and he won't be bought or pressured into doing something he shouldn't
As a congress man he introduced a bill to legalize marijuana at a federal level
As president he might have athority to end the war on drugs with an executive order

man i fell for you californins
Why feel for a people that fucked themselves? they did this by not voting to legalize, I've said this in a couple threads already and I saw it coming when I was so suprised that cali rejected legal weed due to people that SHOULD have voted yes wanting to keep the coin in their greedy little pocket.

You are wrong.
If you are refering to prop 19 we are lucky we voted no
You obviously didn't understand prop 19- It did not legalize marijuana but made it more illegal- Read it find and thing in the prop that "legalized Marijuana"
Don't fall for propaganda

The only way to do what he says is to repeal the CDAPCA/DEA and enforce the 10th Amendment.

People voted against legalization in california for many reasons. Mainly The restrictions and rules were rediculous. The smaller commercial growers would go out of business also.

Didn't see it mentioned here but in an article i read regarding this (from abc7 san fran) said that all the dispensaries ordered closed were within 1000ft of schools, churches, parks, etc which they said was in violation of current Cali law (thought that was a local issue). They aren't ordering all of them to shut down. Yet anyways.

California Proposition 19 (also known as the Regulate, Control & Tax Cannabis Act) was a ballot initiative on the November 2, 2010 statewide ballot. It was defeated, with 53.5% of California voters voting "No" and 46.5% voting "Yes."[1] If passed, it would have legalized various marijuana-related activities, allowed local governments to regulate these activities, permitted local governments to impose and collect marijuana-related fees and taxes, and authorized various criminal and civil penalties.
I fail to see how you'd be worse off.

It created more Marijuana crimes and jail and prison sentences and felonys and taxes and regulations- It did not make Marijuana legal.
And it also would not have had any impact on this Federal issue-
