It means it hasn't been approved by the house yet, and some congressperson says they don't want to pass bills along to the senate that don't have bipartisan support. I'd be surprised if they got around to voting on it before 2021, and even more surprised if it actually passes.

It’s still got some Hill to climb but I’m happy for any progress. I wonder if this could spark some debate that would move things along a little faster. I’m almost scared to have the weed fight in such a heated political time but it seems to be something that a lot of folks agree on.

Don't get excited people, it won't pass the Senate...........meaning it won't go anywhere. And even if it does, it's doubtful the President would sign it anyway. Maybe in another 6-10 years, but surely not now.

make that 60-100 years

This has been the top of my political interest for over 30. We know how to take losses as has been the case for decades, I’m ready for a win.
