eazy motherfuckin' E is all I'm saying. And y'all are killing me with this shit talking of the south. It is a refined mix of grime, trailer trash of all colors, and excellent wordplay that strems from the colorful yet poignant dialect of the southern people... deals with poverty, coming up, and good drugs- a little played, maybe, but what the fuck are you dealing with in your life right now? If I had to wager a guess it would be poverty, or coming up, or good drugs. This seems to be the sum total of the american struggle. I think its a smart-people thing, y'all yankee niggaz just don't want to relate.

Not saying anything bad about your taste in music but I can't believe a list of rappers that long doesn't mention Big L. I don't know how more people don't think he was the best. He hardly ever gets mentioned at all and imo Big L was the best, Biggie 2nd and 2pac third. Is there anyone here who's heard Big L and didn't like him?

The only stuff I can stand is most artists on the Anticon label and of course Sage Francis. Everything they preach is just so intellectual. Check out Sage Francis - Makeshift Patriot and it will make you think twice about the Bush Administration and America in general.

EDIT: oh shit I almost forgot one of my all time favorites: AESOP ROCK!
