Pi, Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain - Darren Aronofsky.
Garden State(eye candy) Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, KUNG FU MOVIES.
Planet Earth, Blue Planet, Nature, Life of Mammals, anything National Geographic.

Anime - Spirited Away, Akira, Samurai Champloo(I know it's not a movie, but if you watch all of them, it's a long ass cool ass movie) Afro Samurai, Cowboy Bebop(same message as SamCham.)

TokinYoshi..much props to the Zeitgiest, every human should watch it.

I know a lot of these aren't movies, but they're still definitely worth a watch.
