Fatmans Medium Flow Aero Deisgn

I was reading a thread on Medium pressure Aero by Fatman and was hoping to build one but had a few questions and the thread was closed. Im looking at building 64 site Sog in a single 1200x1200x 600mm Deep chamber. Will also being running the system drain to waste. Would be great if Fatman could offer some assistance.

Looking for a diagram if at all possible showing how the manifold is set up with solenoids and a link perhaps to a site to purchase suitable solenoids. Would like to keep the plumbing and manifold inside the chamber incase of leaks also. in regards to the misters are they located at the top of the chamber pointing down between plants?

I have a few more questions too but this should get the thread rolling.

Many thanks

drain to wast why? imo top feed is better unless you are doing strait chem nutes... first draw back is you cant use organics, molasses ,fulvic or humic acids due to build up...I would suggest against using unless you are growing herbs or lettuce .. the sysem suck for chronic... if you must you can get humidity spry kits for reptile tanks that are cheep and spray well at most reptile outlet stores online.. best of luck

I believe hes banned here :)

I too was looking into doing that system, but I think coco is much easier to use, and the performance may be only slightly worse. Also, you can grow bigger plants with coco, aeroponics is limited to small plants mostly. Also, aeroponics is like a full time job imo.

you cant use organics in aero anyway, dtw is the way to go dude. my aero setup doesn't require me to touch a thing for 2 weeks at a time, thats my kind of full time job ;-)

Hey sqp- I've read alot of your inputs in the aero threads- I think you showed up in Cavadge's thread back in the day? Much respect anyway. I just have to say that my aero requires about 10 minutes once a week to maintain. I spend far more time looking at my plants than messing with the maintenance... lol ... It can be done man... fyi- fatmans banned everywhere, but there were some more details about his iwaki pump setup in tree farmers thread here "true hp aero plug n play pods"... Good luck finding it however, was a long thread. Perhaps the search function will be of good service.

Iwaki 70 RLZ is a perfect fit for low pressure aero it can maintain 40 psi at 11.4 gpm For a system with many nozzles costly but worth it will outlast many other pumps hands down. Ran a few iwakis for years with no problems at all.
