so not only does it play hell with our current caregiver/patient relationships its going to make bath salts legal again?

can some one please tell me where this bill is going to amend the MMMA of 2008 or where is says patients are not allowed to grow of be caregivers because I read the whole bill and saw nothing of this. It looks to me like you will be able to get a pharma grade cannabis card or the regular card we all have now.

I've been reading it too and please forgive my lack of proper understanding of beaurocratic mumbo jumbo, BUT i didn't find anything that messed with the MMMP either. maybe everyones just worried that once its in place its only 1 more step to shut down the MMMP? these are the same people that made it illegal to grow in canada.

Truthfully in my mind the real threat from this bill is a bit down the road if a bunch of conditions come to pass…. then they potentially could eliminate the MMMA and culitivation. But the precedent is real and all you need do is look around the country to see that is the case.

There were a couple contentious witnesses that really would be well served to quit their diatribe about 2/3rds the way through. Mental games and calliing out Senators does not win friends or influence. The other thing that was disappointing was the number of people who ranted off topic until Sen Richardsville had to shut them down.
