Has Anyone Had Experience With This Method?? I Would Like To Begin My Next Cycle Using This Method.
P.s. I'm A New Member,but Experienced Dirt Farmer.
MAYBE I SHOULD EXPLAIN THIS METHOD
"FAST FLOWERING"(18HR. DAY) THIS ALLOWS A 6HR. DAY,FOLLOWED BY 12HR.NIGHT
EVERY DAY YOU GAIN 6HR. IN YOUR ROOM.
IN 3 DAYS,YOUR PLANT'S HAVE SEEN 4 DAY'S.IN 3 WEEK'S=4WEEK'S
SO IN ONE MONTH YOUR ELECTRICITY HAS ONLY BEEN ON FOR 240HR. IN "FAST FLOWER" INSTEAD OF THE USUAL 360HR.IN 12/12 MODE.A DROP OF 34%
SO IN SHORT.6 CALENDER WEEKS=8PLANT WEEKS.

Hey my friend, I am very much like yourself... although this method is something I've heard of it is something I am yet to try out. I'd be most interested in hearing more, unfortunately I usually post at another forum.

You'd be quite welcome there, the forum is called skunk skool.

Please keep us posted here at rollitup on how that works for you DR RJ
How do you maintain your lighting times, some type of timer or on/off manually?

This to me sounds like an excellent way to "fast flower" but the plant will be smaller, and possibly less potent, depending on the ratio between how long you veg and flower.

I want to hear some expert opinions with this.

It does work, in that the buds will mature sooner...but at the cost of yield, and possibly potency. There are alot of differing arguments, but I think most agree that yield suffers...and it does make sense that with a shorter photo period the plant can simply not produce the energy it could have otherwise. Potency however is a whole different matter, and I think can really only be asnwered with a comparative grow. I for one believe that potency would suffer for the same reason yield suffers. The plant is not able to produce energy that it could have otherwise, and more energy equals more growth, more growth equals more plant, more trichomes.
