  also... if anyone could grow to their hearts contenct, then it is very reasonable that one or 3 poeple could mopnopolize the open market. Again, not good for Pts or CGs or cost of donation for meds.

Lots of good points in there.

Lets encourage our reps to address them through bills. Just a couple easy short bills. A simple reciprocal card program resolves visiting patients. It's in the law already, just not clear, and that's what bills are for.

And plant counts for caregivers..who can grow..lets hear suggestions..we'll get that on a bill too.

And I wholeheartedly agree with that Registry thought...That bill needs to cover Patient to patient with no cg connection. Originally, that's how the law was interpreted, then all of a sudden so many guys were selling so much weed through dispensaries, farmers markets and who knows what "off the radar" transactions...that the Judges called a halt to it with the P2P rulings.

Sorry never mind...that would never work...

I'll discuss that with some other losers like me...

I have talked to several organizations, dispensaries, compassion clubs, radio personalities, lawyers, and could go on and on.
