Fan Position?

Hey guys, I know ventilation is a major thing, but I don't know where to place the fans in my new growbox. I was wondering if I could have both fans in the ceiling of the box, one for intake and the other for exhaust. Would this work, or should I put them in the sides? It would be a hell of a lot easier for the ceiling option.

intake at the bottom and outake at the top.

fresh air in the bottom and stale hot air out the top..

the reason for this ? hot air rises...

Use them both as exhaust fans out the top.

I was assuming you'd cut a hole or two at the bottom. Seal it off with black pantyhose if you need to.

Almost done with this friggen box.. I decided to have an intake on the bottom side, and an exhaust fan on the ceiling.. This is going to be the best ventilated grow area I've ever made! Pics to come.
