hey anyone know where to put my fan? its a small computer fan and i have a box with 1 hole on the top and 1 hole on the bottom. Which would be more helpful the fan on the top blowing hot air out or the fan on the bottom blowing cool air in? AND NO I DONT HAVE 2 FANS so dont suggest me to get another fan for both

Obviously running 2 fans is best, and since PC fans are only like $5ea why not just grab another one?

But if 1 is the only solution I recommend blowing the air in. Usually a small amount of air will surround the fan and exhaust out past it, hopefully this will be mostly hot air. I'd put it on the top and blow down and some of the hot will more than likely exhaust out the sides of the fan.
At least thats how it works in a computer case :)

i can't put in on the top because i already drilled 2 holes on the same side 1 on top and 1 on bottom just was wondering which would keep the inside cooler.

Fan on top will keep it cooler. hot air rises so it has a tendency to wana go up... also, fans can pull out better than they can push through, it's not a huge difference, but it's a little more efficient to have it pull air through the box than try and push it through. the key is to have holes around the same size so enough fresh air is coming into the box, otherwise the fan is working twice as hard.
