Plain water bro. I use distilled water i make myself with and old moonshiners still. Pure water 100%. It forces the plant to use all the NPK and micros it has in its tissues and rinses the grow medium. My plants yellow like crazy 2 weeks before chop but smoke is very mellow and smooth and potent.

Nice bud , my last few crops would not die at all fucking things just kept going took them down green not a dead leaf, buds looked good smoked great.nice shit ya got der keep up what yer doin when der ready you will know

How did you know when your plants were done if the leaves stayed green? I’m a noobie so forgive me if that sounds like a dumb question

Here is a way to think about it. Would you decided when to harvest a banana based on what the leaves of the banana tree are doing? You know when your buds are done by examining your buds (calyx development, recession and darkening of pistils and the transition to cloudy/amber of the trichomes etc). Anyone who told you to judge when you chop a pot plant by looking at the leaves is just flat out wrong.

That makes sense.

In the African Congo they pick buds as soon as they are sticky and they are staying plenty high. What 4 or 5 weeks and chop in the Congo? There are a million ways to harvest and grow. Some techniques such as opium balls being inserted into the stalk by Afghanis. Columbian Gold was made by girdling the stalk so the buds turned yellow/gold. This weed was top of the line and highly prized in the 70's. Source: I own a copy of Robert Clarke's Marijuana Botany. Damn good book !!
