could be from a few things.. depending on what you are doing.. you will be best to diagnose.
Could be over fert. when was last time you fed..2-3 days ago?.... I don't see burnt tips.. so may not be the issue.. or it's just starting and you will see it start to brown on the tips at around 3 days after feeding.
could be too high heat.. what are your temps? (this is my guess just from looking at them)

Temps 75, Humidity 51%, 600w Hps about 2 foot away. watered them 2 days ago with 6.7 ph adjusted water only. Gonna check them in half an hour when lights go back on.

When in doubt, FLUSH!! And with the leaves looking like that, adjust the light up and gradually bring it closer the tops of canopy.

When the leaves curl up like that it is usually Humidity related.

If you get cupping of the leaves just like you have then you can pretty much assume that the RH is too low where those leaves are which is causing the Vapour Pressure Defecit to be too high thus causing alot more pressure to be exerted on your leaves and they have to get their moisture from within themselves which thus causes the curling.

My advice would be to test the temperature and Relative Humidity where the effected leaves are. If your temps are too high and your RH is low ie below 30% then you can gaurantee this will be your problem.

The most usual suspect for leaf curl like this is temps and low RH which are generally caused by lamp placement and oscilating fan placement.

Test the temps right at the leaf level of the effected leaves.

If you can get that into the optimum then the curl should go away.

If you would like any more information about this then try google'ing Vapour Pressure Defecits or VPD's related to Humidity. Very interesting reading.
