Fallponics RDWC reviews

I recently purchased a fallponics rdwc system from Gary at PA hydroponics. I spent about three months searching for a good hydroponic system. I watched a lot of garys videos on YouTube and he seemed to know a lot about hydroponics in general. I haven't received the system yet but I was wondering if anyone had any experience or reviews with the system? Much love.

I actually love his videos, I'm about to build my first system here shortly and basing a lot of my ideas off his build. Let me know how it is!

I'm getting ready to order mine from Gary as well. Today probably.

Like you, I've researched for over a year and think he has it down. Best all around, easiest to care for an maintain. Well thought out.

I highly doubt its worth whatever ridiculous price tag it has when you look at actual material costs.

That's why I'm building mine but I liked his concepts, but I've been listening to you and Airwalker16

Mine won't have the airstones to keep down the water temps

Not really man when you take into account how much thought and time it would take you. You could probably build it for 375 bucks. He's really not making that much on them I don't think. Guy seems like an honest dude. He has a whole hour video showing you how to build it.

He lists and shows all the parts needed and how to put it together if you wanted to DIY and not buy anything from him. I've added up the parts and it's worth it to me to have him build it. My hands don't function properly anymore so this helps me.

no.. no not really. I could build that in an afternoon with a few trips to local box stores.
Theres no magic tech here.
bulkheads, containers, overkill 3" pipe, cheap pump.

My hands don't function properly anymore so this helps me.
Imo this is the only reason someone should consider this system. If they just couldnt possibly cut a few pipes and holes themselves.

Without the pump, we spent under $200 building this system. Thats 27 gal totes, 10 bulkheads, and all the plumbing included with couplers and adapters so it can all be broken down or run with 1-4 sites. So yeah.. $500 is a ripoff imo and im really considering getting into this business if people are buying that stuff.

Ok do current culture now
Sorry OP! Got carried away lol
Its your system and you should do what you want of course. I just want people making informed decisions on their purchases.
It sucks seeing people go all out for their system and end up buying a shit light because they blew 75% of their budget on plumbing parts.
The difference here is potentially a few hundred bucks that could be spent better elsewhere.

Haha I'm sorry dude I get defensive of Gary. I've watched about 20 of his vids and we have a friendship now.
like fragile was saying, it is expensive compared to DIY. but in the whole scheme of things, one good harvest pays for that easily

I have a system from Gary. Just got it about two weeks ago. Just been sitting in the garage circulating water looking for any issues. So far it works as advertised. Its simple yet put together well and it suits my needs. I could have done it myself sure but, I'm a grown ass man with a stable career. What I don't have is time. It would have taken me forever dicking around with all the odds and ends to put it together. Ordered and done. Gary has a well thought out product that's still far less than something like current culture.

Nobody is knocking Gary I bought one off the strength of Gary and I got into dwc and money was burning holes in my pockets ahaha everyone’s basically saying yes a good system but yes u can build same and or modify it better to your liking but I bought mine because lack of time on my hands and had dove head first into this shit didn’t wanna wait but if u have time and patience then make yourself its a lot more rewarding imo
