Failing rockwool clones to oxycloner

I am having an issue with trying to get roots from my rockwool cubes.

I took 4 cuttings (2 white widow, 2 afghani #1) and followed a step by step tutorial I found in another site. This is day 7 and no sign of roots.

In anticipation of the clones failing I had ordered an oxycloner and it arrived a couple days ago.

Can I pull the still green and slightly perky cuttings from the rockwool and attempt them in the cloner?? Or will this stress them to death??

More Info, used clonex gel and humidity dome, etc. rockwool was prepped w proper ph water. Using CFL for light source.

Every time you make an environment change to those clones it increases the amount of time they take to root
I imagine you might be keeping that rock wool soaked and you shouldn't ...a week isn't long, are you using a heating mat?
Me personally i would just stop fooling with them and wait another week

Thanks. Yes, they were a bit wet, but for whatever reason, after the initial pre-soak they never started to dry. I’ve squeezed most of the water out of them. Using a heating mat also. They are green and look as though they’re doing good. I’ll wait another week.

Thanks

If your misting the leaves, stop. No need for roots if they are getting h20 from another source. I gave rockwool up for rooting and started using rapid rooters. After they root I tuck them into 4in RW cubes.
