I have a location but it's not in my dwelling. And my "landlord" is not going to want an inspection of their property. Not because they have anything to hide, purely because of the principle. No inspections would be great.

I wouldn't put any stock in what the LP's tell you, they are all reeling and in damage control mode.

The summary only says that home growers should take precautions they 'think' are necessary and comply with local bylaws (that's going to be the next fight). HC isn't going to be inspecting anything.

I really hope you're right. I live in the middle of nowhere so I don't think local by laws are a huge concern.

ya right its hard enough to get them to inspect at the 34 lp's. You think there going to inspect a couple thousand closet grow ya right that's a laugh.
Ever lic grow i know who was grand fathered in has never once been inspected.
