ez cloner 60 aeroponic, 5 days in, roots brown and mushy, falling apart.

i have 50 clones in my ez cloenr, temp in res is 65 F, timer is set to run 1 min on/4 min off, no nutrient solution, 24/7 aeration, humidity dome covering cloner keeping humidity roughly around 90%. i removed the dome over night thinking it might be the solution, to find the leaves crispy on the edges the very next morning. please tell me what to do, if its means taking clones from my 5 days flowering plants so be it. dont want to wait much longer though, or revegging will be a bitch.

Are you trying to save power? I run my ez cloner 24/7...... Check the nute PPM's.. I know you said it was plain water but I had problems with salt build up... drained, refilled and filled with clones.... the leaf edges started curling and getting crispy... Check the ppms and it was 1100... I drained and cleaned that thing.....
