well i successfully bred a Lavender Kush Female with a Mango Cough male, i got tons of seeds, i mean TONS! way more than i thought i would. so i harvested the plant, the seeds look GREAT, better and larger than most seeds you would get from attitude. i dried them out for 4 days on the buds hanging, than put them in a plastic bag and placed them them in the refrigerator for storage. a week later i put 50 seeds in some wet paper towel in a plastic bag on top of a cable box covered by a bowl, like i always do with next day success. the next day i check them, nothing, not till 4 days later i had 1 sprout. over the next week the other 4 sprouted, i planted them and they are looking pretty good, a little stetchy but not too bad.

why didn't the rest of the seeds pop?! I'm really confused but eager to learn as much as possible.

i bet a lot of people would suggest that you should have waited longer after harvest to germ the seeds, but i've germed seeds from buds that were on their second day of cure and they grew fine. i didn't do anything fancy, just picked 'em right out of the pile of weed i broke up and germed them. got tails in 2 days, just like most seeds. if you have a tried and true method to germ seeds that always works for you, the only thing i can think of is maybe these seeds just wanted to wait a bit longer. that's frustrating, though.

well i still have 100 seeds left, but the same thing happened to my buddy that i gave some too, and those were in the fridge for at least 3 weeks

Let them dry out more. Try sanding a few a bit to thin the shell. some need to be soaked because they grow in monsoon areas. some like it dry. some you need to crack fist.

i am glad to see i am not the only one this happened to!! I had the same issue as you, I tried to germ 30, i started with 10 and waited 5 days and not 1 seed popped so i flushed them and started 10 more. 6 days with zero success I flushed them as well and then decided that I am doing something very wrong. i put the remaining 10 seeds in wet paper towel in a dark warm area (as I always do) and waited.
I waited six days and not one germed (some were even starting to turn black) and was about to toss them when I found out the temps were off. The first batch i tried to germ was too cold (about 15c), the second batch also too cold (about 20c) then on day seven of the third batch I decided to up the temps to 22c. Within a day of increasing the temp all 10 cracked, sprouted and are on their way to becoming happy healthy plants.
Not sure if this is your problem as well but keep a eye on your temps, its odd how a couple of degrees can be the deciding factor with germination.
hope this helps.
