Extract sugaring quickly

Usual Method: frozen material/solvent, open extraction into plate in hot water bath, replenish hot water as needed, after off gassing action stops from water bath, plate is transferred to a 1 gallon zip lock bag full of water on warming plate @ ~125F, monitored with temp probe ands laser thermometer, for eventual collection and transfer to vac chamber for purge. Have left extract on water bag/heat plate for up to 12 hrs without issue. Always get golden/amber honey after vac.

This time: Old dried, cured sugar leaf, run through blender, frozen. I don't usually run blended material, was doing a Qwet extract, decided to run a tube, see what it looked like. Did usual method. Left on hot plate for couple hours after extraction, it started sugaring. Put into vac chamber, it all went sugar @110F within a couple hours, using a digital heat pad that's been checked with probe and laser. I thought sugar happened with high heat or long time process? Gone up to 120F trying to get it more viscous, didn't do a thing, still looking for solvent release, not sure it's fully purged.

Why did it sugar so quickly?
What to do? More heat? Thin with Etho and purge? It's done? Other options?
