Extra seed should I grow it.

I was given 3 feminized seed of the White Widow strain. I germinated 2 and planed on putting them in 2 7 gallons in a 3x3 tent paired up with a Mars Hydro 2000 LED light 300 watts. There not Auto Flowers so I was wondering if I should start the 3rd seed? I see a lot of people doing training plants in a 3x3, but there usually auto flowers and there using smaller pots, and manipulating how it grows by topping and manipulating the direction of the branches, the size
 
I've done 4 x 5gal pots in a 3x3 without issue. To me, 4 is the perfect number. Not too long a veg time and good yields.

But at this point, the third plant will be well behind the other 2. Ideally you want them to be the same size. I've done it, but if possible I try to keep the sizes similar.

Yes i think I'm going to do the 2 7 gallons as I planned, the plants are only 6 days old 2 1/2 days of germination. How many times do you transplant? I have small starter cups, should I go straight to the 7 gallons when I transplant
 
I would wait until the next time you plant simaler strain or if you don't have anything else to plant one day. I have a lot of one seed packs.
