Expert's opinion on some plants

What's up guys,

Long time member but never a grower needs your opinion on some plants.

I got a call today from my friend who knows I want to grow sensimilla later in the future and I know a little bit

about it. So as a surprise he showed me his plants in the backyard.

As an "expert" I took off some leaves from the bottom which were a bit yellowish and that's about it. Oh and I

tied one plant which wasn't in a good position.

So I would like to show these beauties to you and hear your opinion on them and of course get some valuable

advice.

Particularly I would like to know what to do with these small leaves at the lower part of the plant which you can

see in a 3-rd photo. Should we remove them entirely or should we leave them ?

There`s a war going on under those plants that is stunting their growth. Even a late grow needs a good prep. You gotta turn that soil and fertilize it first. Then put blanket coverage on top to hide it. Nothing live. Wild weed seldom grows large.

Well yes but this should be done before putting plants into the soil right ? I can't turn soil right now because I can harm roots or am I missing something ?
