expert opinions please!!

I recently changed my lighting setup and i am now using a 400whps, i have been flowering now for exactly 3 weeks, but the first 2weeks were very slow because of my lighting situation. This is White widow, and its being grown hydroponically. Judging by these pictures, can anyone tell me how much longer i can expect? And how does she look?

nice plant looks helthy they take 8-10 weeks to flower u should get an electric microscope so u can look at the tricomes to be sure cause it looks to me like ur gonna need to push her till 10 weeks also u should look in to adding some suplaments like koolbloom or foxfarms or some thing it will beef her up.

the plant needs the fan leaves dont cut them.
