Experiment (with pics) on awesome new way to promote lower growth!

I've been looking around lately, trying to find a good way to promote the lower growth on my three plant set-up so i can get them bushing our good and really increase my yield. Also, I really don't need them to get much taller with my current space limitations. Anyways, haven't found much so i figured I'd try this little experiment on my own and for the way I'm doing it this worked great for me. I JUST flipped the lights to 12-12 a night ago so I figured what better time to get a little stretching out of my plants? All I did was give my whole setup a tilt on its side so the light can penetrate the gap you can see in pictures 1 and 2. It worked last night and I'm hoping it should work for the new side as well. Pretty simple, but I think it's pretty fkin awesome :P Check out the pics.

So the first two are pictures of the experiment side i plan to do today, the second two are pictures of the side I did last night. Can you see the massive difference? Pictures 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 looked nearly identical before this little experiment. All i did was set it up like the last picture.

i seen somebody do this before on the internet somewhere and what happened was the plant grew back towards the light and covered the gap your trying to penetrate back up then when they put the plant back on the ground it had sort of bent growth if you know what i mean im not trying to diss you yours might work im just letting you know what i saw

Hey, thanks for the comment, I always appreciate constructive criticism. Your obviously not trying to be a douche =P If you could remember where you saw it so i could check it out, that'd be great. I don't wanna make the same mistakes..However, I did the one side overnight so I don't think it will fuck anything up too bad. We'll see :)
