Hey guys im looking into a cool perc bong with a strange perc ive never seen. i hate tree percs they break and domes too much drag. it looks cool heres a pic. please leave feedback and let me know if this perc looks like a weak breakable one.

Pls note the supporting piece of glass on the perc for added strength. Is this still a weak perc?
 
Im pretty sure its pyrex lol you can tell by looking at it. Any more feedback please?
 
i've recently bought the weedstar baby b*tch & double bubble ashcatcher, smoothest smoke i've ever had.

I've been used to smoking mixed with tobacco through acrylic bongs, but have recently quit baccy and now smoke pure weed thru the bong which i am loving..

thanks but you didnt really answer my question about this style perc and its durability. the bong is like 13'' and has a splash guard, also 5mm thick i am looking at paying 185$
 
if its gonna break the whole bong would have to be broken so you would be fucked anyways, i do not think there will be to much restriction the part i would worry about would be the cleaning factor cause its hard to get 420 cleaner in there....
 
It is called a halo perc if I am not mistaken. I personally haven't used a bong with a perc of that style so I can't really comment but it looks like it would be pretty strong. I'd be more worried about breaking the joint or downstem rather than a perc unless you are shoving objects down the tube. Never broken a perc, ever.
 
If you keep your bong in a cabinet you'll have it for life or till you find a sweeter one. But yes that looks like a strong perc.

actually ive broken a tree perc with a slight bump on a wood desk. the whole bogn didnt break. AND a bong cleaning tip. buy ISOPROPONOL ALCOHOL 90% plus for first aid use. its 2$ a liter and then go buy some table salt. this is the best bong cleaner in the world. costs nothing. FUCK 420 its overpriced. i can afford to keep my bongs clean any damn time i please. Ty for the feedback though it was not very helpful
 
so this is the whole bong, splash guard above the perc. total height 14", 5mm thick, with diffused ashcatcher that i dont care for but w-e i got a/c. so for 185 is that good price? a little short for my preference, i like 18''+ tube but this is ok

looks awesome, I am a lifelong acrylic bong smoker, even they can be broken but not as easily. Use simple green to keep it clean, cheapest cleaner I have ever found. less than 10 for gallon at home depot, organic and stong as shit will rinse clean. i have all clear plastic bongs and will never use anything else to clean. http://www.simplegreen.com/products_all_purpose_cleaner.php

this shit is similar to gojo hand cleaner where it can cut grease or resin like a mfer. I use it full strength on my clear bongs and normally just spray it in there and swish a bit and rinse. If I have waited too long or have bits of hash in there I use tube brush I have from my fish tank stuff. I have been dealing with resonated bongs for long long time and this is the shit
 
anyone know a good HIGH QUALITY HIGH END bong site with perc bongs? not looking to spend much over 300$. i know i should find a headshop but fuck that they too far and all suck near me.. online sucks too but sometimes u get a really rare site like aqualabtechnologies.com
 
$185 for the dbl perk (1 w/Halo) is a great deal. Usually they are around $200. Im not sure where in cali you are but if your in So-Cal you should just look them up on google. There is a ton around. Heavy glass is a good company. Pure glass, Sweet glass, Feng-Shwa also Illidelph is an AWESOME glass company. All have nice bongs for under $300. Send me a PM if you are in So cal. Ill send you some tips.
